Open your Prerelease Kit, build your sealed deck, and compete for booster prizes—with a sealed Star Trek Play Booster Box going to the event champion. No prebuilt deck is required.

PRERELEASE KITS AND DECKBUILDING

Each player receives one Star Trek Prerelease Kit to build a 40-card minimum sealed deck.

You keep the contents of your Prerelease Kit!

PACK-PER-WIN PRIZES

Earn one additional Star Trek Play Booster for each Swiss MATCH win.

Pack-per-win prizes apply to the Swiss portion of the tournament only.

WIN-A-BOX PRIZE

The event champion receives one sealed Star Trek Play Booster Box, in addition to their Swiss pack-per-win prizes.

With 15 players or fewer, the event remains Swiss only. The player ranked 1st after the final Swiss round wins the booster box.

TOP 8 DRAFT — 16+ PLAYERS

If 16 or more players begin Round 1, the event will cut to a Top 8 Draft following the Swiss rounds.

Each Top 8 player receives three Star Trek Play Boosters for the draft at no additional cost.

Players draft and build new decks, then compete in single-elimination quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals.

The Top 8 winner receives the sealed Star Trek Play Booster Box.

You keep the cards you draft. Top 8 elimination matches do not award additional pack-per-win boosters.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2026

All times are Pacific.

10:30 AM — Check-in opens.  
10:55 AM — Check-in closes. Please be present and ready.  
11:00 AM — Welcome, event overview, Prerelease Kit distribution, and deckbuilding begin.  
Approximately 12:00 PM — Round 1 begins.

The advertised 11:00 AM start is the beginning of the event and deckbuilding, not the first match.

The number of Swiss rounds will be based on attendance. Additional rounds begin after the previous round concludes and results are verified.

With 16 or more players, the Top 8 Draft begins after the Swiss rounds and verification of standings. Players advancing to the Top 8 should plan to stay into the evening.

Prizes will be distributed after the applicable final round and verification of results. Finish times are estimates and may vary with attendance, gameplay, and rules questions.
