Select the correct event and ticket option, then complete checkout. Keep your order confirmation available when you arrive.

Participants must check in at least 5 minutes before the scheduled event start time.

Participants who do not check in on time are subject to a game loss or an event ticket refund issued as store credit.

If you cannot find your confirmation, contact our team with the event name, date, and the email used at checkout.

Event refunds are store credit.

All event cancellations are refunded as store credit.

To request a cancellation, contact our team with your event name, date, and order details. For ticket-transfer or late-arrival questions, get in touch with the event team.
